Dr. Niaz Ahmed received his B.S. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from NUCES-FAST University and M.S. degree in Computer Engineering from CASE University, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2010 and 2012, respectively. In 2013, he went for his doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering Department at Missouri University of Science and Technology, USA. During his PhD, he designed and implemented a low power wireless sensor node that can communicate underwater using magneto inductive communication. After completing his PhD in May 2017 , he decided to return and get involve in active research to work out solutions for the real world problems faced by the home country Pakistan.
Dr. Niaz is a member of honor society IEEE-Eta-Kappa-Nu, IEEE and ACM.
