Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

MY University is committed to promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility across its academic, research, and administrative functions. Guided by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Green Campus Framework and aligned with international initiatives such as the UI GreenMetric World University Ranking (UIGWURN) and the International Sustainable Campus Network (ISCN), the university integrates sustainability into governance, teaching, campus operations, and community engagement.
Our goal is to nurture an eco-conscious academic environment that contributes effectively to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).



The Green Campus Committee (GCC), supervised by the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), ensures implementation, coordination, and continuous monitoring of sustainability practices on campus.
Composition
In compliance with the Higher Education Commission's Green Campus and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) initiatives, MY University establishes the Green Campus Committee (GCC) with the following members:

• Promote energy, water, and waste sustainability across campus operations.
• Ensure alignment with HEC Green Campus and UN SDG standards.
• Coordinate data submission and evidence for UI GreenMetric and ISCN.
• Conduct awareness campaigns, student engagement programs, and community outreach activities.
• Develop an annual sustainability progress report for publication.
