She got her PhD in Software Engineering from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). Has taugth various courses at the postgraduate and undergraduate levels. She has conducted several seminars and workshops. Her research interest focuses on Medical Image Processing, Machine Learning, OCR, Digital Signal Processing. Published research papers in ISI indexed impact factor international journals and in the proceedings of reputed international conferences.

She is working as Assistant Professor in computer sicence department since 2017.
