Engr. Muhammad Qasim Sultan completed his Master’s (M.Sc.) Degree in Structure Engineering from the Institute of Southern Punjab (ISP), Multan, Pakistan and Bachelor's (Bsc) Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Lahore, Pakistan. He has also another Bachelor’s Degree B Tech (Pass) in Civil Technology from BZU Multan and a degree of Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil Technology as Intermediate Level from PBTE Lahore.
