Ms. Javeria Tariq is a dedicated, resourceful and goal driven individual with a passion for teaching and research. She is currently pursing her Ph.D. in Management Sciences with specialization in Human Resource Management. Before this, she completed her graduation and MS Management Sciences degree from COMSATS University Islamabad, Attock Campus. 

 

Ms. Javeria Tariq joined MY University, Islamabad as a Lecturer in the department of Management Sciences. Since joining MYU Islamabad, she has been involved in teaching variety of courses ranging from basic level subjects like Introduction to Business to specialization subjects like HR Development. Her research interest include; Human Resource Management/Development, CSR, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Fintech, Public Administration and Sustainability management, Research Methodology, and so forth.

 

Along with teaching, Ms. Javeria Tariq also possess experience working as an Admin Officer with reputed institutes like Riphah International.
