Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in English Literature and related areas.

Conduct research and publish in HEC-recognized journals (mandatory for Assistant Professor).

Supervise student research/projects where applicable.

Participate in academic advising, examinations, and departmental activities.
Job Specifications:

Assistant Professor: PhD in English Literature from an HEC-recognized university.

Lecturer: MS/MPhil (18 years education) in English Literature with no 3rd division in academic career.
