Problem to solve

A chips making company was supplying to a number of outlets and stores its alpha brand. The senior management suddenly realized that there is some problem, so they hired you as consultant to analyze the data and give them a quick response whether they should increase supply or reduce it.

The data of 13 weeks sale is in terms of number of boxes sold and given below;

34        67        12        78        67        45        79        90        87        56        32        71            99

Now you as consultant have to draw a trend line, if it is sloping upward give your decision to the company to increase supply of Chips, if it slopes downward, ask them to reduce supply.

And?

If your answer is correct, we will send you a mug of MY University.
