Objectives of the Program:-
English is a dynamic and everyday use language. English literature is a vast area to say things, write emotions and predict about life. Literature enables readers, researchers, and students to look at life and life’s philosophy from a different perspective. English literature is the broadcast of human life capable of a distinctive influence. This program along with the linguistic studies provides a platform for the students and seekers to groom their vision through academic research scholarship. This academic program provides an understanding of the epitome of life. Being able to participate in the acquisition of this knowledge is integral to liberal education. We also rely on those departmental courses to develop our students’ cognitive and technical skills, skills that will make them scientifically literate and able to contribute to the discipline during their careers after graduation. So, this program will develop analytical and critical-thinking skills that allow independent exploration of linguistic phenomena through the scientific method. Moreover, this program will introduce students to modern literary terminologies and theoretical assumptions. For that students must conduct an independent research project on which they then base a thesis. Later, students present and defend their work to the English faculty which will help to achieve scientific knowledge from English literature to the English language. Further, many of our students will contribute to society directly after post-graduation by joining academia, NGOs, media, and journalism. Students will be able to join research organizations and educational institutes after the completion of the program. Students will be able to enhance their qualifications by getting admission to national or international universities. Our students have bright futures in school education, colleges, universities, and research scholarship.
